Dr. Joanne Wescott is a nationally recognized executive advisor, healthcare strategist, and doctoral scholar whose work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, organizational leadership, and human-centered transformation. With more than 16 years of progressive executive leadership experience, she has guided healthcare organizations through complex operational challenges, AI readiness assessments, governance design, and large-scale workforce transformation.
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Associated Network, Inc., Dr. Wescott brings together doctoral-level scholarship, C-suite advisory experience, and deep operational expertise to help organizations navigate the future of healthcare and responsible AI adoption. Her counsel is sought by executive teams, boards, and health system leaders who need more than a consultant — they need a strategic partner accountable for outcomes.
Dr. Wescott holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) degree and brings additional graduate credentials in organizational leadership and nursing. She is also the Founder and CEO of Delmarva Community Consultant Services, LLC, advancing healthcare quality and community health initiatives across the Delmarva region.
